Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees applicable in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also track your order anytime by visiting the Track My Order page on our website.
6. Shipping Carriers
Vander Fox Apparel ships via trusted US carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- DHL (International orders)
The carrier assigned to your order will be determined based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High volume periods (holiday seasons, sales events)
- Severe weather or natural disruptions
- Carrier delays outside our control
- Customs clearance delays (international orders)
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@vanderfoxapparel.com and we will investigate promptly.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Vander Fox Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@vanderfoxapparel.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will notify you via email. Re-shipment fees may apply.
10. PO Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may vary and could take longer than standard estimates.
11. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please:
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and the item
- Email us at support@vanderfoxapparel.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or store credit.
12. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. The tax amount will be displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
